Greg Ourada works in the corporate and transactional practice of the firm, focusing on general corporate agreements and issues, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, technology licensing, and intellectual property. In addition, Mr. Ourada is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Reg. No. 55516) and prosecutes both trademark and patent applications and manages the firm’s sizable portfolio of both national and international trademarks. He also assists the firm’s litigation practice team in patent and copyright infringement cases.

Prior to law school, Mr. Ourada served for seven years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. His sea tours included two Middle Eastern and Western Pacific deployments aboard frigates and destroyers. Ashore, he was an instructor at Surface Warfare Officers’ School in Newport, RI, where he was certified as a U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist.
