Robert R. Joseph is Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, with a practice focusing on venture capital, securities, mergers and acquisitions and general business contracting and licensing for technology-related companies.

From 2000 through 2005, Rob was an associate in the Corporate and Technology and Healthcare practice groups of Morris, Manning and Martin, LLP, where he served as primary outside counsel for several small and medium-sized technology companies. Rob has represented clients in numerous venture capital and mergers and acquisitions transactions, ranging in size from very small to over $100 million.

Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, Rob was an associate in the Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate law. From 1996 to 1998, Rob served as law clerk to Judge Wilbur D. Owens, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
