John Mahaffey’s practice is focused on intellectual property litigation, employment law, and civil litigation. John was previously a summer associate for Hill, Kertscher & Wharton, and he served as a legal intern for the Hon. William Ray of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. John earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
