HKW Ranked No. 16 in New 5-Year IPR Intelligence Report
Hill, Kertscher & Wharton, LLP is pleased to announce that it has been ranked in the top 20 law firms for performance on behalf of Petitioners in Inter Partes Reviews (“IPR”) in Patexia’s 2018 IPR Intelligence Report. The report recognized the firm as No.16 nationally. An IPR is trial proceeding conducted at the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trials and Appeals Board to review the patentability of the claims in an issued patent on the basis of prior art consisting of other patents or printed publications. Partner, Vivek Ganti leads the IPR group at HKW.
