HKW Retained in Patent Litigation

Taiwanese computer product manufacturer GIGA-BYTE Technology Co., Ltd. and its U.S. subsidiary G.B.T. Inc. have retained HKW to defend them in litigation brought in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California relating to allegations of infringement involving 20 patents.
